This is the 2010 Ad for the 2010 NJSFAC Convention and Symposia!  Produced by Pat Leonard of LeoPub fame, this ad will run in multiple trade journals and publications.  Feel free to submit it to your local papers if you'd like.

This is the 2010 Convention Seminar Registration Form.  Please print (it is a double-sided form) and complete the information needed on the first page and make your Seminar selections on the second page.  Don't forget to have your Squad Principal Officer (President, Captain, Training Officer) sign to verify your eligibility.  Mail the form to the address listed as soon as possible. On page 1, enter your NJ EMT-B number on the first line in the space labeled "ID Number"; the space labeled "Certification Number" on the second line is for non-EMTs, such as a Fire Fighter ID number or a First Responder or Squad assigned ID number.
